What You will be working on:

The Business Development Manager’s role involves identifying and cultivating new customers, introducing them to FPG’s products and services. Additionally, they promote our core competency in commercial security integration and collaborate with other sales and marketing team members to support the company’s new business strategies. Notably, they work closely with specific equipment manufacturers such as Avigilon, Axis, Genetec, Hanwha, HID, Honeywell, Lenel, Milestone, Salto, and Verkada. Core competencies include:

  • Cloud-based Electronic Security Systems
  • Security Communications
  • Access Control
  • Video Surveillance
  • Artificial Intelligence & Video Analytics
  • Intrusion Detection

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated understanding of security industry dynamics and client requirements.
  • Actively seeks new business opportunities.
  • Proven track record of surpassing sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and polished presentation abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Proficient in CRM, LinkedIn, and prospecting tools.
  • Well-developed sales skills gained through experience and formal training.
  • Successfully sold products and services to decision-makers across various corporate functions.

Pay and Benefits Package:

Compensation range is $100,000+ and reflective of skill set and industry experience. This includes salary, commission, and bonuses.
