Our Requirement

Commercial Security Project Manager

The salary / hourly rate is $35.00 to $50.00 per hour, non-exempt reflective of skill set and industry experience.

What You will be working on:

  • Performs project manager responsibilities. Supervises junior technicians and sub-contractors. Encompasses the installation and service our core competencies:
    • Cloud-based Electronic Security Systems
    • Security Communications
    • Access Control
    • Intrusion Detection
  • Reviews project plan/timeframe/procedures on all projects and schedules project coordination meeting with appropriate personnel. Plan, schedule, supervise and control installations.
  • Confirms all equipment procurement for installations
  • Keeps management informed of pertinent account information or customer related problem resolution

Qualifications:

  • Four (4) to seven (7) years electronic security equipment installation and repair experience with demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
  • Three (3) years job site supervision and project manager related functions.Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings.
  • Must be familiar with field installation & service troubleshooting tools
  • Direct field experience installing cameras, card readers, electric locks, intrusion detection sensors, control panels and power supplies.
  • Requires a current driver’s license and an unblemished motor vehicle record

 Education:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • Florida Alarm Agent Certification preferred
  • Project management certification preferred
